At Alphaweld Supply Group, we offer specialised refurbishment services for 3M PAPR welding helmets - helping prepare your workforce for that next major job.
As a general rule, we recommend periodic refurbishment of your welding helmets under a maintenance plan or at any point where the integrity of your PAPR headtop is lost due to operator damage.

What our refurbishment service includes
Our refurbishment service includes a strip and inspection for any damage, helmet cleaning and dust-removal, replacement of sweat band, hinges and helmet lenses, and QAQC seal of assurance. Battery, filter and pre-filter replacement is also included.
Cost of refurbishment is fully model dependent and will be confirmed at your time of booking. Any additional parts required following inspection including costs will be advised.
Our general turnaround time for refurbishment is 2-3 weeks depending on volumes. Urgent requests can also be accommodated within 7 working days at additional costs.
For your peace of mind our refurbishment services are carried out by qualified technicians and to Australian quality standards AS1715 and AS1716.
