Referral Program - Alphaweld

Alphaweld Referral Program - Terms & Conditions


Eligibility

1.1 The Referral Program is open to Australian residents physically based in Australia.
1.2 The referral must be a new customer with a valid Australian ABN/ACN and who has never held a trade account with Alphaweld.
1.3 The ‘referrer’ as part of this program is defined as the person/business making a referral.
1.4 The ‘referral’ as part of this program is defined as the person/business being referred.

Referral Reward

2.1 The referrer and referral will each receive a $100 Alphaweld Digital Gift Card for every successful referral.
2.2 A referral is deemed successful when:

  • The referred customer successfully establishes a trade account with Alphaweld AND places their first order with a minimum spend of $1,500 (excluding GST and delivery costs).

Referral Process

3.1 The referrer must clearly provide the referral’s particulars when submitting a referral form.
3.2 Alphaweld reserves the right to verify all referrals and approve eligibility before issuing the reward.

Reward Redemption

4.1 A $100 Alphaweld Digital Gift Card will be issued to the referrer & referral via email within 30 days of the referred customer meeting the referral conditions.
4.2 The digital gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Limitations & Exclusions

5.1 Self-referrals (referring one's own business) are not eligible for this program.
5.2 Referrals must be made before the referred customer applies for a trade account. Referrals made after account creation will not be eligible.
5.3 Only one referrer is eligible per referred customer. If multiple referrers claim the same referral, Alphaweld will determine the valid referrer at its sole discretion.
5.4 The minimum spend of $1,500 (excluding GST and delivery costs) must be met within the first order and cannot be accumulated over multiple orders.

Program Duration & Changes

6.1 Alphaweld reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Any changes to the Referral Program will be communicated via Alphaweld’s primary channels.

General Conditions

7.1 By participating in Alphaweld’s Referral Program, referrers and referred customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
7.2 Alphaweld reserves the right to withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
