Powermax SYNC HyAccess Cartridges

Hypertherm’s HyAccess cartridge is a single-piece consumable that enables Powermax SYNC users to utilise the full breadth of the Powermax specialty consumables family of products.

Available in three different styles, the cartridge simplifies use of the plasma system by eliminating common consumable selection and installation mistakes often caused by multiple-piece consumable stackups.

Each HyAccess cartridge is equipped with RFID technology that records cutting data that can be read from the power supply or with a cartridge reader (part number 528083). This data can be used by operators to better understand their cutting performance.
