ER70S-4 Lincoln Ultramag S4 MIG Wire

• Precision layer wound solid S4 MIG wire that is suitable for argon based gases and 100% CO2
• Ultramag S4 MIG wire has all of the advantages of Ultramag S3 but with slightly higher levels of manganese and silicon
• Has an excellent feedability appeal and trouble free performance
• Robust copper coating aids arc starting and extends tip life
• Typical applications include general fabrication of C-Mn steels & medium mill scale base materials
• For welding sheet and plate to 450 MPa yield strength
• Tensile strength of 550 MPa
• Welds all positions except vertical down

M21 : Mixed gas Ar+ (>15-25%) CO2
M22 Mixed gas Ar+ (2-5%) O2
C1: Active gas 100% CO2
